Stories of Autism's first fundraising drive will begin early January, 2010 and be done via both email and snail mail. Proceeds from the drive will be used to help get us off on the right foot, funding things like our website, portrait repair, a storage facility, preparing for our first fundraising event, and everything else that goes with getting a new organization off the ground.
Monetary donations can be made by check or any major credit card. You can also fund or donate a service, like the ones mentioned above. For more information about how to donate, please click on the "How to Give" link at the top of this page.
Stories of Autism is currently in the process of obtaining tax exempt status as a non-profit corporation under the Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). We anticipate receiving this status in the spring of 2010. Once approval is received you will be notified in order to claim your donation on your annual tax return.
